Kraft outlines post-split leadership

Sara Lee foodservice beverage unit now part of Smucker
J.M. Smucker has completed the acquisition of the foodservice coffee and hot beverage unit of Sara Lee, which includes Sara Lee's Douwe Egberts brand. P&G sells PUR to Helen of Troy
Procter & Gamble has sold its PUR water purification unit to Helen of Troy, which will make the water filter systems part of its health care and home environment unit. BI-LO agrees to buy Winn-Dixie for $560 million
BI-LO, owned by private-equity group Lone Star Funds, will take larger company Winn-Dixie Stores private in a $560 million acquisition, creating the nation's ninth-largest supermarket chain.
